Der Flansch dient zum Einbau eines offenen TiAL Q-BOV, eines geschlossenen QR-BOV oder eines voll einstellbaren QRJ-BOV.
Dazu muss in das Ladeluftrohr ein ca. 48 mm messendes Loch gefräßt werden. Der Flansch wird anschließend auf das Edelstahl-Ladeluftrohr aufgesetzt und verschweißt.
Der Flansch ist exakt passend für 57 mm Rohre gefräst. Er passt auch auf 63,5 mm, 60 mm, 55 mm oder 51 mm Rohre, muss dann aber ggf. etwas angepasst werden.
Das Schubumluftventil sitzt durch diese Flansch ca. 22mm über dem Rohr. Das Ventil wird mittel eine V-Band Schelle an dem Flansch befestigt.
This flange is used for installation of a open style TiAL Q-BOV, a recirculation type QR-BOV or a fully adjustable TiAL QRJ-BOV.
For installation a 48 mm hole must be drilled into the intercooler pipe. After drilling or milling the flange must be welded to the pipe.
This flange is milled to fit 57 mm pipes. It can also be adapted to 63,5 mm, 60 mm, 55 mm, 51 mm pipes. The position of the diverter valve
is about 22 mm above the charge air pipe. The valve can be attached with the v-band that comes with the valve
