BREMBO Coated Disc: UV-Lack beschichtete Bremsscheiben
Maximaler Schutz und minimale Umweltbelastung. BREMBO beliefert als erster Hersteller auch den Aftermarket mit UV-Lack beschichteten
Bremsscheiben. Das Verfahren wurde für die anspruchsvollsten Automarken der Welt entwickelt und lässt die Bremsscheiben im attraktiven
Metallic-Look glänzen. Das saubere, glänzende Metallic-Finish bleibt über die gesamte Lebensdauer der Bremsscheibe erhalten. Zudem haben
Praxistests die Überlegenheit der UV-Lack-Beschichtung im Bezug auf Korrosionsschutz bewiesen.
BREMBO PVT-Bremsscheiben
Verbesserte Kühlung und über 40% bessere Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen Hitzerisse. Das Brembo Patent für die PVT Bremsscheiben verändert den
Markt! Denn im Kühlbereich setzt sie auf Säulen anstelle von Kühlkanälen. Das verbessert die Kühlwirkung und die Widerstandfähigkeit
gegen Hitzerisse erhöht sich um 40%. Im Gegensatz zu Kühlkanälen verringern die Säulen des PVT Systems jenen Scheibenbereich, in dem sich
Hitzerisse ausbreiten könnten. Im Vergleich mit klassischen Kühlkanälen stellen die säulengestützten Scheiben eine größere Kühlfläche bereit,
was den Wärmeaustausch erleichtert. Im Scheibeninneren helfen die Säulen dabei, die durchströmende Luft besser zu verwirbeln, was die Kühlwirkung
nochmals erhöht.
