Jede Abgasanlage entsteht durch Forschung, Entwicklung und Tests, um mehr Power und bessere Gesamtleistungen zu erreichen. Die Effizienz bei der Entwicklung einer Abgasanlage wird durch lange Teste überprüft. SUPERSPRINT entwickelt, testet und fertigt Abgasanlagen und einzelne Komponenten mit dem Ziel, Leistung und Qualität über lange Zeit zu erreichen. Dies sowohl für die Verwendung im Straßenverkehr als auch bei Rennen. Die weitreichende Erfahrung gründet sich auf tausenden von Fahrzeugen der ganzen Welt. Diese Eigenschaft erlaubt es SUPERSPRINT, die besten Leistungen zu erreichen und dennoch die vom Gesetz erlaubten Geräuschniveaus zu berücksichtigen. Die kompletten Abgasanlagen und Einzelkomponenten von SUPERSPRINT werden aufgrund theoretischer Betrachtungen und genauester Berechnung entwickelt.
Der hintere Bereich der Auspuffanlage ist der erste Schritt der SUPERSPRINT Entwicklung und des gesamten Abgasanlagen-Optimierungsprozesses. Der sportliche Sound wird durch eine genaue Auswahl von Rohrsektionen und einem individuellen, sowie auf das jeweilige Fahrzeugmodell angepassten inneren Schalldämpferaufbau erzielt.
Dieselbe Präzision wird nachfolgend weiter beibehalten. Die Auslegung des Endblendendesigns wird mit der gleichen Sorgfalt durchgeführt und gewährleistet somit eine ansprechende und individuelle Anpassung an das jeweilige Fahrzeugdesign.
Ausgestattet mit diesen charakteristischen Merkmalen macht es die SUPERSPRINT Produkte unvergleichbar und unübertroffen!
Der Montageprozess ist schnell und einfach, da sich die Aufhängungspunkte der SUPERSPRINT Produkte an gleicher Stelle wie die der Standard-Abgasanlagen befinden. Es sind keine Modifikationen –weder an der Karosserie, noch an den mechanischen Bauteilen nötig. Jedes einzelne Sicherheitsmerkmal das von den Fahrzeugherstellern gefordert wird findet ausnahmslos vollste Beachtung.
Ein Beispiel ist die ideale Rohrverlaufs-Auslegung und die perfekte thermische Isolation gegen hohe Temperaturen an den kritischen Stellen der mechanischen Teile des Fahrzeuges. In diesem Falle erfüllen alle SUPERSPRINT Auspuff-Komponenten die strengen JASO (Japanese Car Industry) Auflagen in Bezug auf Brandgefährdung im Falle eines Unfalls. Die von SUPERSPRINT verarbeiteten Materialien sind AISI 304 und AISI 409 Hochleistungs-Edelstähle, ausschliesslich original europäischer Herkunft. Die Wandstärken der Rohrleitungen und Edelstahl Gehäusekörper werden präzise ausgewählt und spezifisch eingesetzt, um so zu jeder einzelnen SUPERSPRINT-Auspuffanlagenanwendung zu passen, die je nach dem erwarteten Anwendungsspektrums während des Entwicklungsprozesses festgelegt wurde.
Die Haltbarkeit der SUPERSPRINT Abgasanlagen ist weitaus höher als die eines jeden Serienteils.

All design is validated by extensive testing which includes hours of dyno testing. In fact no other exhaust manufacturer, race team engine testing department or car manufacturer has the performance evaluating experience of SUPERSPRINT. SUPERSPRINT's extensive knowledge has been earned on thousands of cars around the world. This knowledge provides SUPERSPRINT with the uncanny ability to extract power from engines when other exhaust manufacturers can only produce higher noise levels. SUPERSPRINT products are developed around scientific knowledge not assumptions.
The rear section is the first step of the R&D and the whole exhaust system optimization process. The sporty sound is achieved by the accurate selection of the piping sections, the unique inner silencer design and dedication to the specific vehicle model. The same high care is kept in the choice of the outlet style to ensure a pleasant car design customization.

The installation procedure is easy and quick, because it uses the suspension points of the stock exhaust. No modifications, neither to the chassis, nor to any mechanical parts are necessary. Every single safety feature required from the car manufacturers is fully respected and without exceptions.
An example is the ideal tubing layout and the perfect thermal isolation from the excessive temperatures in the critical positions of the mechanical parts. In this case all the SUPERSPRINT exhaust components fulfill the strict JASO (Japanese car Industry) obligations in terms of fire dangers, in the event of an accident. The material used, AISI 304 and AISI 409 hi-grade stainless steels, are exclusively genuine European products. The tubing and the stainless foils thicknesses are accurately selected and are properly used to match every single SUPERSPRINT exhaust applications upon the desired features which have been decided during the R&D process.
